This return and cancellation policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms and Conditions define Innovana’s procedures and policies in accepting refund and cancellation. Any return/refund or cancellation of our Products or Services by you will be in adherence to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.
1. Returns & Refund
- We assure you a 100% refund in case you are not satisfied with our products or services. If you’ve purchased our product through either of our payment gateways and are not satisfied, you will get a full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase.
- If you return your product purchase and/or receive a refund, you agree to uninstall and delete all copies of this software from your system and/or any other system this product has been licensed to. The license may also be disabled for further use.
- This 60-day money back guarantee also applies if you have purchased our product subscription and only when you initiate a refund within 60-days of your date of purchase. A full refund is limited to the current subscription term.
- You will not be eligible for a refund if :
- You’re initiating a return after 60 days from the date of purchase.
- The product license expires.
- You do not provide your order ID and/or associated email id (used at the time of purchase of license key).
2. Cancellation
- You may unsubscribe from your product subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
- Keep in mind if you unsubscribe, your subscription will not automatically renew. However, your product subscription will continue for the remaining days in your existing (already paid for) subscription term. You may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the terms of our money back guarantee mentioned above.
